Our approach
Optional means optional. Essential technology runs so the site can work securely. Analytics and advertising tools are controlled by the choices available on this site, and you can change those choices at any time.
We do not need a minute-by-minute diary of your visit. We look for practical signals such as which pages are useful, whether the site works well, and which campaigns lead to a genuine inquiry.
The tools we use
_ga cookies typically up to 2 years; user-level reporting configured for up to 14 monthsCookie names and durations can change as browsers and vendors update their technology. Google describes its GA4 cookies in its Analytics cookie guide, and Meta describes its use of cookies in its Cookies Policy.
What these tools receive
Depending on your selection, these tools may receive or derive a browser or device identifier, IP address, general location, browser and device type, referral information, pages viewed, timestamps, campaign information, and events such as opening or completing a lead flow. We do not intentionally send passwords, financial account information, sensitive form text, or other sensitive personal information to analytics or advertising tools.
Google and Meta process information under their own privacy terms. We configure our implementation to minimize unnecessary collection, keep Google advertising signals off in the standard analytics configuration, and avoid placing contact-form fields into page addresses or analytics event labels.
Your choices
You can allow all optional tools, keep only essential technology, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Changing your selection updates the tools on this site and removes common first-party analytics or advertising cookies where practical.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Early Bird treats it as a request to keep advertising sharing off for that browser. You may also block or delete cookies in your browser, although blocking essential technology can affect site security or function.
Advertising and “sharing”
Early Bird does not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define the disclosure of online activity or device identifiers to an advertising platform as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. When that definition applies, you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices, the button above, or Global Privacy Control.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our site, vendors, or legal obligations change. Questions may be sent to jack@earlybirdassistants.com.
