Privacy policy

Clear about the information that helps us help you.

This policy explains how Early Bird Assistants handles information from this website, our marketing, sales conversations, and prospective-client communications.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Early Bird Assistants website, lead and contact forms, scheduling requests, marketing measurement, and related sales communications. A signed client agreement may include additional privacy, confidentiality, security, and data-processing terms for the services themselves.

The short version: we use information to run the site, understand what is useful, respond to people who contact us, and measure our marketing. We do not sell personal information for money, and we give visitors practical controls over optional analytics and advertising tools.

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, work email, phone number, company name, trade, and service interests.
  • Messages, meeting details, requests, and other information you send to us.
  • Client onboarding and service information when you decide to work with Early Bird, subject to the applicable agreement.

Information collected automatically

Our site, hosting, security, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referral or campaign information, requested pages, timestamps, interactions, and conversion events. Advertising tools may use identifiers to recognize a browser or device and measure activity across services, subject to your choices and applicable law.

We use a consent-first setup for optional analytics and advertising technology. Read our Cookie Policy for the categories, typical durations, and settings available on this site.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations.
  • Evaluate whether Early Bird fits a company’s needs and prepare relevant recommendations.
  • Provide, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services and website.
  • Measure visits, page performance, lead-flow completion, campaign effectiveness, and general interest in our services.
  • Build, measure, or limit audiences for advertising where permitted and consistent with your choices.
  • Maintain records, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations.
  • Send marketing email only where permitted. You may opt out at any time. Submitting a lead form does not enroll you in marketing text messages.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers and partners that help with hosting, security, email, customer relationship management, scheduling, analytics, advertising measurement, professional services, and related business operations. This includes Google for Google Analytics 4 and Meta for Meta Pixel when those categories are active. These companies process information under their own terms and may act as service providers, processors, or separate businesses depending on the service and law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, during a business transaction, or with your direction.

Sale and sharing

Early Bird does not sell personal information for money. Some laws use “share” to include making online activity or device identifiers available to an advertising platform for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our use of Meta Pixel may fall within that definition when advertising technology is active. You can opt out through Your Privacy Choices, our cookie settings, or a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information from people under 16.

Our legal bases

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for optional cookies and similar tracking; legitimate interests to operate, secure, and improve our business and respond to business inquiries; steps requested before entering a contract and performance of a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent through the cookie settings without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

International operations

Early Bird’s operations include team members and service providers in the United States and Kenya. Google, Meta, and other vendors may also process information in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed in countries with privacy laws different from those where you live. We use contractual, access, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy, limit certain uses, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act when its applicability requirements are met, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Visit Your Privacy Choices for request instructions and immediate advertising controls. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing some requests. We may also retain information where an exception permits or requires it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this site. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our website, vendors, and legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to jack@earlybirdassistants.com or through our contact page.
